You can add and customise layouts. Once you have added a layout, it becomes a report and will be available from the appropriate Reports folder.
Accredo will check if revaluations are required for any modules, and will prompt you to revalue if necessary.

Account Sequence |
Sorts and groups transactions by account. Select a range of account codes and select Period, current year, all periods or a range of periods. For Accredo Saturn: You can specify Branches or Departments. A Filter & Sort can be added to both the Account band and to the Transactions Band within each account. The report shows an opening balance, transactions for the selected period and a running account balance. Only accounts with an opening balance or transactions within the periods selected are shown. The Year option including nil transaction accounts when printed at the end of your financial year is the GL report, showing all account activity for the year. |
Account Sequence Detail |
Sorts and groups transactions by account, Branch and Department. Select a range of account codes, specify Branches or Departments and select Period, current year, all periods or a range of periods. A Filter & Sort can be added to both the Account band and to the Transactions Band within each account. The report shows an opening balance, transactions for the selected period and a running account balance. Only account, Branch, Department combinations with an opening balance or transactions within the periods selected are shown. (Accredo Saturn Only)

Batch Links |
This report shows the links associated with GL Batches for a range of periods. |
Batch Sequence |
Sorts and groups transactions by batch. Select a range of batches, type of batch and period, current year, all periods or a range of periods. To create a report which summarises the effect of a batch group the transaction band, group by Account, Branch and Department (Accredo Saturn Only). Select the Transaction amount instead of Debit amount or Credit amount and set report preferences to Totals Only. Note: For posted batches the Created Date, Time and User in the Line band are Posting Date, Time and User respectively. |
Transaction Batches |
Print the details of Transaction Batches including unposted, posted and deleted batches. This assists in finding errors, if you are having difficulty in making an unposted batch balance, or for checking details of deleted batches. Select a single batch by specifying it in both the From / To selection. A batch can be printed from GL Enter Transactions. |
Transaction Sequence |
Print a list of transactions. Select Period, current year, all periods or a range of periods. The report lists transactions within periods in the order they were posted. This report can be selected for a period as a monthly transaction summary report for audit. |
