Specify the range of accounts to report on. If these are left blank, the first and last accounts are selected.

Consolidate Branches

Selected, sets the Consolidate By field on the designed report. (Accredo Saturn Only)

Branch

Select a branch or branches to report across. Ranges, comma separated values, and wildcard characters * and ? may be used.

Clear, all branches are included. (Accredo Saturn Only)

Consolidate Departments

Selected, sets the Consolidate By field on the designed report. (Accredo Saturn Only)

Department

Select a department or departments to report across. Ranges, comma separated values, and wildcard characters * and ? may be used.

Clear, all departments are included. (Accredo Saturn Only)

Consolidate Segment 2

Selected, sets the Consolidate By field on the designed report.

Segment 2 is the last 3 digits of an account number.

Segment 2

Select an individual segment 2 to report across, or enter a valid range (for example, *12 to report all accounts with Segment 2 ending in 12).

Clear, all segment 2 values are included.

Budget

Select an individual budget to report on.

Selection

To limit a report to Accounts, Branches, Departments (Accredo Saturn) and / or Segments based on a more complex filter, enter a selection of click Open Code Editor (F2) to Edit Selection Expression.

Prompt for Branch

Prompt for Department

Select to set a prompt for Branch or Department in the report selection. These are included in the page header when the report is printed. (Accredo Saturn Only)

Prompt Consolidate Segment 2

Select to set a prompt for Consolidate Segment 2 in the Report Selections Form. This selection is included in the page header when the report is printed.

Prompt For Budget

Select to set a prompt for a Budget in the report selection. This is included in the page header when the report is printed.

Consolidated Account Format

You can choose between 4 digit or 4.3 digit account code format where the report has been consolidated by segment 2. (Accredo Saturn Only)
