Build complex filter expressions using MaxBasic. Filters constructed using the Filter tab write the expression for the Advanced tab. You can start by selecting a simple filter in the Filter tab, then further refine the filter in the Advanced tab. When you start editing a filter in the Advanced tab, the Filter tab becomes unavailable.
