FX Rate Type

Navigator > Setup > Foreign Exchange > Rate Types

Exchange Rate Types may be entered.

These are used to set the Default Rate Types, in FX Settings.

Rate Types are also used to look up rates in the Exchange Rates table, combined with the Currency Code and Date.


Code		Code for the rate type.
Description		Description of the rate type.
Inactive		You can make rate types inactive.
Grid Toolbar
	Expand Toolbar `(Alt+F9)`	Expand the toolbar to give access to all toolbar options. Press `Esc` to close the expanded toolbar.
	Insert `(F4)`	Insert a rate type in the grid.
	Delete `(F3)`	Delete the selected rate type.
	Customise `(Alt+F5)`	Opens Customise Fields, you can customise the fields visible in the grid.
	Refresh `(F5)`	Reloads changes other users may have made.
