FX Exchange Rate Limits

Navigator > Maintain > Foreign Exchange > Exchange Rate Limits

Enter and maintain upper and lower limits for exchange rate validation. Permission for editing and overriding rate limits is Foreign Exchange > Rate Limits.

NOTE: Exchange Rate Limits are required to eliminate errors that can occur with incorrect exchange rates.


Low/High From Date Low/High To Date		use the calendar to select dates.
Grid Toolbar
	Expand Toolbar `(Alt+F9)`	Expand the toolbar to give access to all toolbar options. Press `Esc` to close the expanded toolbar.
	Zoom `(Ctrl+F12)`	Zoom to Form view. View code details. Codes can be inserted, edited and deleted.
	Print `(Ctrl+P)`	Print a report of the information in the grid.
	Customise `(Alt+F5)`	Opens Customise Fields, you can customise the fields visible in the grid.
Grid Fields
Currency		The Currency code for the row.
Minimum		The minimum rate to allow. Must be greater than zero.
Maximum		The maximum rate to allow. Must be greater than zero.
Low		The lowest rate from the rate table over the date range specified.
High		The highest rate from the rate table over the date range specified.
