Source Book

Select or enter the Source book. The Source book must be Open.

Destination Book

Select or enter the Destination book. The Destination book must be an existing Pending book.

Overwrite Existing

Selected, Source Book depreciation values will overwrite values in the Destination book.

Clear, depreciation values are only copied if they are not currently specified in the Destination book.

Run (F9)

The asset Depreciation code, rate and Residual Value will be copied to the Destination book. A message will be displayed to confirm the copy.
