Navigator > Setup > Fixed Assets > Open Book
You can add dissections to transactions for active assets and create a new book. Select a source book to provide values for Addition, Revaluation, Disposal and (optionally) manual Depreciation transactions. Generated Depreciation transactions will calculate values based on the Depreciation code and rate setup for the asset and book. Before Run, a check is made to ensure all active assets have a Depreciation code and rate specified.
Book |
Select or enter a Book to open. The book must be Pending or Closed. |

Source Book |
Select or enter a book to copy values from. The Source Book must be Open. |

Copy Manual Depreciation |
Selected, Manual Depreciation transactions will also be copied from the Source Book. |
|
|
Run |
The Book will be set to Open. |
