View information from the Balances tab in graph form. Choose a book from the lower left Book lookup to graph balances for an alternative book.

Selection |

Year |
Balances for each period of the current year are graphed. |

Full Year |
Balances for the current period last year through to the last available FA period are graphed. |
||
All Periods |
Balances retained in the entire history are graphed. |
||
Range of Periods |
This activates the From and To period controls. Select a range of periods to be graphed. |

Field1 and Field 2 |

Two fields can be graphed for comparison. LastYear fields can be used for a prior year comparison. |

Expand Toolbar |
Expand the toolbar to give access to all toolbar options. Press |

Show/Hide 3D Effect |
Toggle 3D effect on or off. The default is Off. |

Show/Hide Graph Key |
Toggle the graph key information on or off. The default is Off. |

Show/Hide Graph Legend |
Toggle the graph legend on or off. The default is On. Note: A second series must be selected in Field 2 for the legend to show. |

Show/Hide |
Toggle the average value line on or off. The default is Off. |

|
Print |
Print the graph, or save it as a PDF file to send as an email attachment. |

|
Refresh |
Reloads changes other Users may have made. |
