User Access Times

Navigator > Setup > Company > Users > User Access Times

Access times can be restricted to ensure all Users are logged off Accredo for scheduled backups. The Accredo backup ensures all Users are logged off, however if third party backup software (such as tape backup) is used, issues can arise if users are logged on. Access times are in 15 minutes units. As the time reaches a clear slot Users will be logged off and unable to log on to the Company.

If you are using VSS for backups, users do not need to be logged off.

If the Company is Locked, the User Access Times will be ignored.


Time		The time slot for user access.
Access		Selected, users can access Accredo in the time slot.
Buttons
	Edit `(F11)`	Enter edit mode.
	Save `(F9)`	Save changes.
	Cancel `(Esc)`	Discard changes and close the form.
