Prune Change Tracking

Navigator > Setup > Company > Utilities > Prune Change Tracking

You can delete historical tracking records. Selections will be written to the WinReco.log file in the Company directory.

Warning: You will be prompted to back up your data before running this utility, as the process cannot be reversed. If you experience power or other failure during processing, perform the Prune Tracking again.

Module

The module to prune tracking for.

Prune

Select to delete tracking history in the Module, for months not retained. See Retain below.

Selected, tracking history will be deleted for the selected module.

Clear, tracking history will not be deleted for the selected module.

Retain

The number of months of tracking history to be retained. The minimum allowed is 1 month.

Actual

Shows the actual months of tracking history available.

Keep From

The earliest tracking date to retain.

First Date

Date of the earliest tracking record.

Last Date

Date of the latest tracking record.

Count

Number of tracking records.

Grid Toolbar

ToolbarExpand

Expand Toolbar (Alt+F9)

Expand the toolbar to give access to all toolbar options. Press Esc to close the expanded toolbar.

Customise (Alt+F5)

Opens Customise Fields, you can customise the fields visible in the grid.

Refresh List (F5)

Reloads changes other Users may have made.

Select All (Alt+A)

Select all modules for pruning.

Unselect All (Alt+U)

Unselect all modules for pruning.

Buttons

Run (Alt+R)

Selected records will be deleted.

Cancel (Esc)

Discard changes and close the form.
