File Upload Extensions

Navigator > Setup > Company > Configuration > File Upload Extensions

You can white list file extensions for file upload (and download) for images and links. This list is used by the AddFileLink MaxBasic function and by the WebService. Image and File GET endpoints validate file extensions from the list.

Maximum Upload file size is set in Company Settings.


Extension		The file extension to allow.
Links		Selected, files with the extension are allowed for upload as links to the Links folder and sub folders.
Images		Selected, files with the extension are allowed for upload as images to the Images folder and sub folders.
Description		A description of the file type for the extension.
Grid Toolbar
	Expand Toolbar `(Alt+F9)`		Expand the toolbar to give access to all toolbar options. Press `Esc` to close the expanded toolbar.
	Insert `(F4)`		To add a file extension, insert a line in the grid, type the new details.
	Delete `(F3)`		Delete file extension. To delete a file extension, click the line to be deleted, click Yes.
	Print `(Ctrl+P)`		Print a report of the information in the grid.
	Filter / Sort List `(Ctrl+F2)` Clear Filter / Sort `(Ctrl+F3)`		Apply or clear a Filter & Sort. The button changes to indicate if a filter and sort is applied.
	Customise `(Alt+F5)`		Opens Customise Fields, you can customise the fields visible in the grid.
	Refresh `(F5)`		Reloads changes other Users may have made.
