CB Bank Account - Balances tab

Navigator > Maintain > Cash Book > Bank Accounts > Balances tab

Values are read-only, and cannot be changed. The Balance and Activity History show information across all periods retained in the history. The first period for each year is highlighted yellow. The Last History period is shown for Inactive records.

Selection
Year		Display balances for each period of the current year.
Full Year		Display balances for the year preceding the Current Period.
All Periods		Display balances retained in the history.
Range of Periods			Activates the From and To period controls. Select a continuous range of periods to view.
Grid Toolbar
	Expand Toolbar `(Ctrl+F9)`	Expand the toolbar to give access to all toolbar options. Press `Esc` to close the expanded toolbar.
	Zoom `(Ctrl+F12)`	Open the Bank Account Balances Line in form view. See CB Bank Account Balances Fields for details on fields available.
	Print `(Ctrl+P)`	With Read Permissions, print a report of the information in the grid.
	Customise `(Alt+F5)`	Opens Customise Fields, you can customise the fields visible in the grid. See CB Bank Account Balances Fields for details on fields available.
	Refresh `(F5)`	Reloads changes other Users may have made.
	Calculate Totals / Clear Totals `(Alt+=)`	Toggle on/off total calculation for the list fields where Total is selected in grid customisation.
	Customise Toolbar	Customise Toolbar or right-click in the toolbar below the buttons to access the Customise Toolbar Menu.
