Year

Display balances for each period of the current year.

Full Year

Display balances for the year preceding the Current Period.

All Periods

Display balances retained in the history.

Range of Periods

Activates the From and To period controls. Select a continuous range of periods to view.

Grid Toolbar

Expand Toolbar (Ctrl+F9)

Expand the toolbar to give access to all toolbar options. Press Esc to close the expanded toolbar.

Zoom (Ctrl+F12)

Open the Balance in Form view.

Print (Ctrl+P)

With Read Permissions, print a report of the information in the grid.

Customise (Alt+F5)

Opens Customise Fields, you can customise the fields visible in the grid.

Refresh (F5)

Reloads changes other Users may have made.

Open Budget (Alt+B)

Open the CB Analysis Budget for the analysis code.

Customise Toolbar or right-click in the toolbar below the buttons to access the Customise Toolbar Menu.
