AR Statement Email Designer

Navigator > Setup > Accounts Receivable > Statement Email Designer

You can design your own statement emails or open and modify an existing statement email design. To design a statement email quickly, start with an existing email design and modify it, ensuring you save it with a different file name. Select the default email design in Document Defaults.

Use Statement Email Designs when you Email Statements.

HTML Body tab

Enter the email text for HTML Emails. See HTML Email Editor.

Plain Text Body tab

Enter the email text for plain text emails.

	Preview `(Alt+P)`	Display a preview of what the email will look like. A current statement must be available.
	Load... `(Alt+L)`	Load an existing Statement Email to use for designing different emails.
	Save... `(Ctrl+S)`	Save the current email as a HTML file. You can reload the file in the designer to refine or create a new email.
