AR Sales Area - Balances tab

Navigator > Maintain > Accounts Receivable > Sales Areas > Balances tab

The Balances tab allows you to view the opening balance and period activity for the current financial year to date, the most recent 13 months, or all periods in Accredo. The values shown on the Balances tab are for information only, and cannot be changed. The information is available for reporting.


Selection
Year		Balances for each period of the current year are shown.
Full Year		Balances for the current period last year through to the last available AR period are shown.
All Periods		Balances retained in the entire history are shown.
Range of Periods		Activates the From and To period controls. Select a continuous range of periods to view.
Balances toolbar
	Expand Toolbar `(Ctrl+F9)`	Expand the toolbar to give access to all toolbar options. Press `Esc` to close the expanded toolbar.
	Zoom `(Ctrl+F12)`	Zoom to form view to see the Sales Area Balances line details.
	Print `(Ctrl+P)`	Print a report of AR Balances for the selected Sales Area or save as an Excel worksheet or PDF file to send by email.
	Customise `(Alt+F5)`	Opens Customise Fields, you can customise the fields visible in the grid.
	Refresh `(F5)`	Reloads changes other users may have made.
	Open Budget `(Alt+B)`	Open the AR Sales Area Budget for the Sales Area.
