Select Customer

Select the Customer to show the budget for.

Financial Year

Select the financial year to show.

Toolbar

Expand Toolbar (Alt+F9)

Expand the toolbar to give access to all toolbar options. Press Esc to close the expanded toolbar.

Edit (F11)

Edit the budget.

Split Budget Amount (Ctrl+S)

A window will prompt for the total year budget. Key in this amount and it will be divided equally across all periods.

Repeat Budget Amounts (Ctrl+R)

A window will prompt for the period budget amount. Key in this amount and it will be repeated across all period budgets.

Copy Budget Amounts (Ctrl+3)

A window will prompt for you to copy from. Select either Last Years Budgets or Last Years Actuals.

Add Percent to Budgets (Ctrl+5)

A window will prompt for a percentage amount to be added to all periods.

Add Amounts to Budgets (Ctrl+4)

A window will prompt for an amount to be added to all periods.

Convert Fx to Bs (Ctrl+F)

Convert customers currency budget figures to base currency budgets at a specified exchange rate.

Convert Bs to Fx (Ctrl+B)

Convert base currency budget figures to customers currency budgets at a specified exchange rate.

Customise Toolbar

Customise Toolbar or right-click in the toolbar below the buttons to access the Customise Toolbar Menu.

Grid Toolbar

Print (Ctrl+P)

Print a report of the information in the grid.

Customise (Alt+F5)

Opens Customise Fields, you can customise the fields visible in the grid.

Period Name

The period for the budget.

Last Year Actual Bs

The actual sales value in base currency for the period last year.

Actual Bs

The actual sales value in base currency for the period.

Last Year Budget Bs

The budgeted sales value in base currency for the period last year.

Budget Bs

The budgeted sales value in base currency for the period.

Totals panel

Customise panel

Opens Customise Fields, you can customise the fields visible in the totals panel.

LY Budget Total Bs

The total budgeted sales value in base currency for last year.

Budget Total Bs

The total budgeted sales value in base currency for the year.
