AP Expense Codes Grid - Graph tab

Navigator > Maintain > Accounts Payable > Expense Code Grid > Graph tab

The graph shows the value of all expenses.

Field

Select the field from the Grid tab to base the graphed information on.

Current Period Balance	Expenses are graphed for the Current Period.
Last Year Balance	Expenses are graphed for last year.
Year To Date Balance	Expenses are graphed for current year to date.

Only positive values are graphed - negative and zero values are ignored.

Limit

If you enter an amount, all codes beneath that dollar value will be consolidated and shown on the graph as All Others. This is useful if you have lots of codes and only want to view the higher value ones.

Grid toolbar

Expand Toolbar (Ctrl+F9)

Expand the toolbar to give access to all toolbar options. Press Esc to close the expanded toolbar.

Show/Hide 3D Effect

Toggle 3D effect on or off. The default is Off.

Show/Hide Graph Key

Toggle the graph key information on or off. The default is Off.

Display/Hide Graph Legend

Toggle between showing and hiding the legend below the graph. The default is On.

Print (Ctrl+P)

Print the graph, or save it as a PDF file to send as an email attachment.

Refresh (F5)

Reloads data for graph.
