Mobile access to Accredo requires that the Accredo Web Service has been installed and configured correctly.

Add a client for the appropriate Accredo app.
Accredo Application Configuration
If you are setting up one of the Accredo mobile apps, you will need to enable Change Tracking for the mobile apps that you are adding.
Navigator > Setup > Company > Configuration > Change Tracking
Edit and select
Add Tables for Mobile App from the toolbar, select the relevant Accredo app you are adding and click save.
