Web Service Token Cache

Accredo > File > Web Service > Monitor > Cache > Token Cache

View the token cache.

Options

Token Type

Select the token type to view.

Token Scope

Select the token scope to view.

Auto Refresh

Selected, the grid will automatically refresh.

Toolbar

ToolbarExpand

Expand Toolbar (Alt+F9)

Expand the toolbar to give access to all toolbar options. Press ESC to close the expanded toolbar.

Revoke Token (F3)

Revoke the selected token.

Print (Ctrl+P)

Print a report of the information in the grid.

RecordFilterSort_Hot

Filter / Sort List (Ctrl+F2)

Clear Filter / Sort (Ctrl+F3)

Apply or clear a Filter & Sort. The button changes to indicate if a filter and sort is applied.

Customise (Alt+F5)

Opens Customise Fields, you can customise the fields visible in the grid.

Refresh list (F5)

Refresh changes to current list.

RefreshFromSource

Refresh Server

Sends a message to the web service to refresh the cache.

Fields

Token

The Token ID.

Token Type

Token Type can be:

  • A - Access Token, used for making requests.
  • R - Refresh Token, used to request a new set of tokens once an access token has expired. Creates a new Access token and a new Refresh token.

Token Scope

The Token Scope can be:

  • Blank - the token is using a user licence.
  • Admin - the token is not taking up a user licence.

Auth Type

The type of authorisation:

  • O - OAuth2 authorisation.
  • B - Basic authorisation.

Expiry

The time and date the token expires.

Client ID

The Client ID that was specified when the request was made.

User

User Code used to get the token.

Password

The encrypted password.

IP Address

For Basic Authorisation, the IP address of the user.

Created Date

Date the token was created.

Created Time

Time the token was created.

Last Used

The date and time the token was last used for a request successfully.

Attempted Last Use

The date and time the token was last used for a request unsuccessfully.

Rate Count Start

The date and time the rate count was last reset.

Rate Count

The number of requests made to the token since the Rate Count Start.

Token Msg

This will show Rate Limit Exceeded if the token usage has exceeded the allowed Maximum Requests Per Minute.
