Use SSL

Selected, Use SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) to connect using an encrypted link to the web server.

Host

Web service host name. This should not contain the protocol or port, as this will be selected depending on the Use SSL set above. For example, use example.accredo.co.nz, do not use https://example.accredo.co.nz:8080.

Machine Name

The web service machine name.

Non SSL Ports

OAuth Port

OAuth port location.

OData Port

OData Port location.

Admin Port

Admin port location.

SSL Ports

OAuth Port

SSL OAuth port location.

OData Port

SSL OData Port location.

Admin Port

SSL Admin port location.

Buttons

Test Connection (Alt+T)

Test that the settings are correct to connect to the web service. The Ports tested are dependent on whether SSL is selected. A green tick icon will be displayed beside port locations that connect successfully.

When a connection fails, a red cross will be shown, with an Error Code and Error Message. Hover the mouse over the message to see the full error message.

Note: This test can take up to three minutes.

Edit (F11)

Edit the Web Service Connectivity settings.

Save (F9)

Save changes to the settings.

Cancel (Esc)

Cancel any changes.
