SQL Overview

Select information from anywhere in Accredo using SQL Queries.

SQL Queries underlie the Masterfile and Document lists, many of the build in report layouts, and the Analysis Report designers.

• Accredo Custom Reports are based on a pre-defined SQL Query.
• The SQL Query Builder can be used to create and execute Queries.
• Queries may be executed in MaxBasic using the ExecuteSQL function.

Note: Permission for executing SQL queries is set per module under Reports > Queries. SQL queries also respect user field level permissions, e.g. for access to IC cost prices, AR Customer account balances. Note that this does not apply to OLEDB/ODBC.
