RoundDown(Number: Number[, Decimals: Number]): Number
Rounds Number downwards (that is, towards zero) to the number of decimal places specified in Decimals, range for Decimals is maximum 9, minimum -6.
If decimals is omitted, 0 is assumed and RoundDown rounds to an integer. Rounding down to 10, 100, 1000 and so on may be achieved with negative decimals.
