Report layouts have a User List to make a layout available to selected Users, Groups and Roles. Select the users. groups and roles who have access to the report. If no selections are made, all users have access to the report.

When you select Add To Navigator from the Report Designer File menu, this User List will be used to populate user list of the shortcut created.


User			The User, Group or Role to be granted access.
Name			The User, Group or Role Name. Read-only.
Grid Toolbar
	Expand Toolbar `(Ctrl+F9)`	Expand the toolbar to give access to all toolbar options. Press `Esc` to close the expanded toolbar.
	Insert `(F4)`	Insert an item at the selected line.
	Delete `(F3)`	Delete the selected item.
