This tutorial shows you how to add a company Logo to an Accredo document.
Open an existing Accredo Custom document in the Document Designer. For example, go to Navigator > Setup > Invoicing System > Invoice Designer, and open an Invoice file.
Click Add a new picture.
Click on the document in the location you wish your logo to appear. A box will be shown on the report.
Double-click the box. The File Open window will open.
Select the picture file containing your logo.
Note: Accredo will create a link to your logo file, rather than embed the picture in the document. It is important that the logo is stored in a location that all users who will be running the document will have access to.
Your logo will appear on the document.
To resize the logo, set Autoheight in the Properties list to False. Set Autowidth in the Properties List to False. Drag the boxes on the sides and corners of the image to resize the logo.
To move the logo, drag the logo to the desired position.
Go to File > Save As, and save the document with a new name to ensure it won't be overwritten when a system update is performed.
