Periods Available for Processing

The periods in which transactions can be processed are controlled by a pair of per Module settings and per User settings:


Module Period Settings
First Available Period	The earliest period that can be posted to. This is used to prevent posting to a prior period.
Last Available Period	The latest period that can be posted to. This prevents posting to a future period.
User Settings
Prior periods allowed for posting		The number of periods prior to the Current Period a user can post transactions to.
Future periods allowed for posting		The number of periods after the Current Period a User can post transactions to.

In each module:

The prior periods allowed to the user is the later of the first available period for the module and the number of prior periods allowed for the User.
The future periods allowed to the user is the earlier of the last available period for the module and the number of future periods allowed for the User.
