Expand Toolbar (Alt+F9)

Expand the toolbar to give access to all toolbar options. Press Esc to close the expanded toolbar.

Edit (F11)

Enter edit mode.

Insert (F4)

Add a new rule.

Duplicate (Shift+F4)

Create a new rule duplicating the current rule.

Delete (F3)

Deletes the current rule.

Information panel

The standard prices for the Product are shown, where a Product has been selected. You can compare Purchase Pricing entered with standard prices.

Cost

The current valuation cost of the specified Product.

Discount

The standard discount that applies to the specified Product if a Creditor is specified.

Effective Price

The standard price the specified Creditor would pay for the specified Product.

Effective Margin

The standard profit margin for the Product.

Breaks grid

This displays When Quantity Breaks is selected in PP Settings.

You can apply different prices for a single rule using Quantity breaks, depending on the quantity of items sold. The Breaks grid shows quantity breaks for the rule selected in the Rules grid.

Set different pricing breaks based on Quantity, using the Amount and Percentage fields.

Min Quantity

The minimum number of Products which must be purchased to qualify for the Purchase price.

Amount / Currency / Percentage / Effective Price / Effective Margin

Once quantity breaks are entered for a rule, enter Amounts in the Breaks grid.

Grid Toolbar

Expand the toolbar to give access to all toolbar options. Press Esc to close the expanded toolbar.

Insert (F4)

Add a new line to the grid, for a new quantity break.

Delete (F3)

Deletes the selected quantity break.

Customise (Alt+F5)

Opens Customise Fields, you can customise the fields visible in the grid.
