Navigator > Setup > Purchase Pricing > PP Rule List Designer
Use the PP Rule List Designer to create lists of PP Rules, and add and maintain PP Rules. You can use PP Lists to maintain sets of Purchase Pricing rules. You can save the lists as definition files, then add them to the Navigator for viewing.
Note: Where criteria is only available in Accredo Saturn.

Select a Type for the rules. For Cost Relative rules, select a Base Cost for the rules. |

Auto Select Rules |
Selected, selection changes and Filter & Sorts will apply immediately. Clear, selection changes and Filter & Sorts will apply by clicking Select Rules after selections have been made. |

Who, What, Where |
Selections will appear in the Rule List once Criteria have been selected. If you lock a selection (From Code / To Code must be the same or Code specified for a single selection) it will not appear when the list is Run, only rules for the specified code can load, be edited or inserted. Click the |

Details |
Specify values that match rules to load in the list and become defaults for rules inserted from the Rule List. Select Start Date Required and End Date Required to require start date and end date to be set when new rules are created from the list. The If Priority is left Clear any rules added from the list will default to priority 9. |

Add to Navigator |
This becomes available when a Rule List definition has been saved. The default location for Rule Lists is Navigator > Maintain > Purchase Pricing > [List Maintenance Title]. |

Run |
Runs the designed PP Rule List and confirms the rules load as expected. |

Load an existing Rule List from file. |

Save... |
Saves the Rule List definition. The default file location is: AccredoSaturn\Forms\PPRule AccredoMercury\Forms\PPRule |

Lock Selection button to lock the selected range. The button changes to 
, the field will not appear when the rule list is run, and only rules for the selection can be inserted. Click the button again to unlock the selection.
Disallow Selection button beside a field means the selection will be excluded from the Rule List and cannot be edited. Click the button to show a 
, to allow the selection to be edited from the rule list.
