AP Shipments for Purchase Orders

Navigator > Tasks > Purchase Orders > Enter Purchase Orders > View Shipments (Alt+V)

You can view a list of AP Shipments for the selected Purchase Order.


Toolbar
	Expand Toolbar `(Alt+F9)`	Expand the toolbar to give access to all toolbar options. Press `Esc` to close the expanded toolbar.
	Open `(F12)`	Open the shipment in AP Enter Shipments.
	Print `(Ctrl+P)`	Print a report of shipments for the selected Purchase Order or save as an Excel worksheet or PDF file to send by email.
	Customise `(Alt+F5)`	Opens Customise Fields, you can customise the fields visible in the grid.
	Refresh `(F5)`	Reloads changes other Users may have made.
