PO Order Reports - Add Layout

Navigator > Reports > Purchase Orders > Order Reports > Add Layout

You can add and customise layouts. Once you have added a layout, it becomes a report and will be available from the appropriate Reports folder.

Layouts

Line Variation Report

Reports on goods received not invoiced, and goods invoiced but not received. Shows the PO lines quantities and values that are received but not invoiced and invoiced but not received. You can group the report by GL Account, Expense Code, Creditor or Product, as desired.

Order

Lists Purchase Order header and lines information. You can specify ranges of creditors and / or products and the required Post Status. The Current/History selection is to allow optimised scanning of the Order files. You can specify the period or a range of periods from which to select purchase orders.

Order Links

This report shows the links associated with orders for a range of periods.

Order Status

Lists current purchase orders and totals. You can select Document types, and set a post and print status.

Order Totals

Print the totals for all purchase orders. Separate totals are shown for Ordered, Received, Not Received, Invoiced and Not Invoiced.

Order Variation

Reports on variations between the quantities and values ordered and quantities and values receipted against the purchase orders. The Sort for this report is by creditor, then Order number within a creditor. Variation quantity and value are sub-totalled for each order. Grand totals for all orders shown on the report appear at the end of the report. Only Order lines with a quantity or a value variation are reported.

Stock On Order

(IC installed). Reports Stock on order for current orders (those with Post Status "Entered" or "Open"). Only stock ordered using IC Product codes is reported, manual and narrative lines are not included.

You can specify ranges of creditors and / or products and their required Post Status. Customise this layout to group by order number, creditor or product, depending on the purpose of the report. To customise and add grouping, place the number 1 in the Group field for Document No and Document Date, or CreditorCode and CreditorName, or ProductCode and Description. After you save the report, you can access customisation options from Selections Form > Options > Customise.

  • Order No Grouping - Reports on stock on order grouped by Order Number. By default, the Order Number stock on order reports are sorted by Document No, then Document Date. Outstanding on order quantities are sub-totalled for each Order Number. Grand totals for all outstanding on order quantities appear at the end of the report.
  • Creditor Grouping - Reports on stock on order grouped by Creditor. By default, the Creditor stock on order reports are sorted by creditor then within a creditor. Outstanding on order quantities are sub-totalled for each creditor. Grand totals for all outstanding on order quantities appear at the end of the report.
  • Product Grouping - Reports on stock on order grouped by Product. By default, the Product stock on order reports are sorted by product then creditor then order within a creditor. Outstanding on order quantities are sub-totalled for each product. Grand totals for all outstanding on order quantities appear at the end of the report.
