Lists all Back Orders for the Customer if opened from the Navigator, or initially limited to Back Orders relating to the invoice or sales order if opened from the Back Orders button on a document.

Print a report of the list, or save it as a PDF file to send as an email attachment. |

Filter / Sort List Clear Filter / Sort |
Apply or clear a Filter & Sort. The button changes to indicate if a filter and sort is applied. |

Customise |
Opens Customise Fields, you can customise the fields visible in the grid. All fields from the Back Order line are available. |

Refresh |
Reloads changes other Users may have made. |

All Back Orders |
Visible if opened from a Document. Toggle between showing all back orders for the Customer, and showing only back orders related to the Invoice or Order. |

Calculate Totals / Clear Totals |
Toggle on/off total calculation for the list fields where Total is selected in grid customisation. |
