Memory Table Builder - Keys tab

Navigator > Setup > Table Designer > Table Designer > Keys tab

You can define the index keys for the memory table. An index key is a data structure that improves the speed of operations. Index keys can be created using one or more fields of a table, providing the basis for both rapid look-ups and efficient access to records.
