MarkdownToText - MaxBasic Function

MarkdownToText(Markdown: String): String

Given Markdown, returns a string containing the plain text with the Markdown formatting marks removed. Heading marks, emphasis marks, inline code marks, block quote marks and list marks are removed. A link or an image is reduced to its visible text. Line and paragraph breaks are kept. If Markdown is an empty string, an empty string is returned.

MarkdownToText function has these named arguments:

  PlainText = MarkdownToText(Markdown)
  Print PlainText

Returns: Some bold and italic text, see Accredo
