You can add and customise layouts. Once you have added a layout, it becomes a report and will be available from the appropriate Reports folder.

Job |
The layout includes two bands,
You can create a number of different reports from supplied layouts, two typical layouts are,

Job and Estimate |
Report on estimates for one or more Jobs at the end of a selected period, layout includes,
|
Job Balances |
Select balances from the Job record, report on Work In Progress and other balances as at the end of a selected period. Automatically includes inactive jobs if they were active at the period the report is run for. Work in Progress figures are updated continuously. |
Job Budget |
Shows 12 period budget figures from the period selected back. |
Job Budget Comparison |
Contains budget and Activity figures for the selected period and year to date. Percentages compare budgets with the activity. This report can be run at the end of any period. |
Job Links |
This report shows the links associated with jobs for a range of periods. |
Work In Progress |
A summary of Work In Progress Detail layout, does not show transaction details, only totals. Display Nil WIP selection includes Jobs with transactions where WIP as at the Period is Nil, does not include Jobs with no transactions. |

Report on transactions contributing to WIP as at the end of a selected period, the layout includes,
Figures for WIP Sell and WIP Cost are available, you must customise the Transaction table to reflect the WIP basis in JC Settings, WIP Cost is the default selection. Display Nil WIP selection includes Jobs with transactions where WIP as at the Period is Nil, does not include Jobs with no transactions. |
