JA Report Designer - Job Selections tab

Navigator > Reports > Job Analysis > Analysis Report Designer > Job Selections

Use the Job Selections tab to further target information by specifying ranges and applying filters.

You can give the user the option to make selections when the report is run. To make a selection available to users, click next to the selection, to change it to .

Options available depend on selections made in the Definition tab and the Fields tab.

Include Inactive Jobs

Selected, Inactive jobs will be included in the report.

Consolidate Related Jobs

Selected, summary and calculated values for Related Jobs will be consolidated in the report.

Include Pending Actuals

Selected, unposted costs such as those from Purchase Orders and Timesheets get folded into the Actuals values at the Transaction Summary level. These will only be shown if the report includes Summary fields in the Fields tab.

Include Pending Invoices

Selected, IN sourced unposted invoice lines get folded into the Pending Invoiced values at the Transaction Summary level. These will only be shown if the report includes Summary fields in the Fields tab.

Filter Report

Allows filtering by selected criteria on Summary and Calculated fields.
