Inventory Control
The Inventory Control (IC) module lets you manage products and stock levels.
IC can be operated stand alone to keep track of stock levels, or can be integrated with Accounts Receivable (AR) via Invoicing System (IN) and optionally Order Entry (OE) to form a sales invoicing system for sales analysis. Usually sales are entered in IN and stock receipts are entered in Accounts Payable (AP). Use IC to:
- Track stock levels.
- Transfer stock values to the GL.
- Track inventory levels at multiple locations. (Accredo Saturn Only)
- Transfer stock between locations. (Accredo Saturn Only)
- Track quantities, values and costs of sales.
- Produce price code, sales and stock reports.
- Provide a file of products and services for easy transfer of descriptions, units, prices, discounts, GST rates and sales categories (Sales Groups) to computer generated invoices.
- Perform detailed stocktaking across multiple locations. (Accredo Saturn Only)
- Record serial or lot numbers.
