IC Product Tree

Navigator > Maintain > Inventory Control > Product Tree

View a product range in the Product Tree. Expand or collapse a Stock Group, Product or list of components. View the selected value, cost and quantity figures from the Stock Group or Product record. Click a product to open IC Product to edit or view more details.

Selections

Tree View

Select from the following,

Stock Group	Stock Groups are the first level of data to be shown.
Product	Products are the first level of data to be shown (that is, Stock Groups are not included in the tree).

Inactive

Include inactive records in the tree.

From / To

To view:

All Stock Groups or Products, leave these fields blank.
A Stock Group or Product, select the same Stock Group or Product in both fields using the Lookup.
A range of Stock Groups or Products, select the first Stock Group or Product in the From... field, and the last Stock Group or Product in the To... field.

Transactions

Select the period to view data for:

Period	Activity from transactions for the selected period are shown.
Year	Activity from transactions for the current year are shown.
All Periods	Activity from all transactions are shown.
Range of Periods	Select a range of periods to appear in the Period From/Period To Lookups.

Selections remain applied as you select different Products or Stock Groups.

Location

Select a Location to view data for. To view details for Products at all locations, leave this blank. (Accredo Saturn Only)

Groups/Products field

Information is arranged in fields. The Product Tree is arranged as follows if Tree View Stock Group View is selected:

Stock Group CODE - Description

  Product CODE - Description

   Component CODE - Description

    Component CODE - Description

     Component CODE - Description

If Tree View Product View is selected, the Stock Group level above is absent. Click a product to open IC Product to edit and view more details.

Other fields

The default fields shown can be changed using Customise (Alt+F5) button.

Grid Toolbar

Expand Toolbar (Ctrl+F9)

Expand the toolbar to give access to all toolbar options. Press Esc to close the expanded toolbar.

Open Detail (F12)

Opens the window for the selected Product or Stock Group.

Print (Ctrl+P)

Print the tree, save it to an Excel worksheet or PDF file.

Customise (Alt+F5)

Opens Customise Fields, you can customise the fields visible in the grid.

Refresh (F5)

Reloads changes other Users may have made.
