Navigator > Setup > General Ledger > Report Designer > View > Reporting Period
Select the period to view data for when you click 
Execute Report (Ctrl+R).

Select the Reporting Period to be used when you click Execute Report. This defaults to the current period, but you can select a different period if the current period does not have suitable test data. |
