Accredo contains comprehensive Help that details all functions in Accredo. The Help is context sensitive, so you can easily bring up relevant help anywhere in system.
To display the Help:
F1 from anywhere in Accredo to access the context sensitive Help relevant to the current window. When you click F1, the Help will open with the Help topic relevant to the Accredo function you are working with.
The Help information is updated when you install an Accredo update. Browse the Help and familiarise yourself with the contents before you start using Accredo.
To print the Help, you can use the Print button. You can also right-click a topic or folder in the Contents, then select Print to print that topic or the topic and its sub-topics.
Searching the Help
You can use the Index and Search tabs in the Help to search for phrases.
The Index tab will search for Topics Titles that contain the search text. As you type in a keyword, the help will highlight the closest matching topic header.
The Search tab will search all text in the Help for the search text. Enter words separately to search for multiple words, or use quotation marks around words (such as "general ledger") to search for a phrase.
