Customise Grids

Most Accredo grids can be customised to show different information. You can:

• Choose fields to show in the grid (and those to hide).
• Change the Display Label (heading) for a field.
• Change the field width.
• Change the order of the visible fields.
• Change the order of fields on the corresponding Zoom form (if available).
• Set totals for grid-based reporting (if available).
• Check that fields are visible on the grid.
• Save customisations (see permissions) for a User, User Group, or globally for a Company.

Before opening Customise Fields, you can adjust field width and position:

• Field width, drag the right hand border of the field heading.
• Field position, drag the field.

You can view the main window as you make changes. Settings are retained when you open Customise Fields and save them. To access grid customisations:

1. Click Customise (Alt+F5) or right-click a field containing a drop-down, click Customise.
2. Make changes to the fields displayed.
3. Click Apply (Alt+A) to save temporarily and go back to the main window to view the new settings. Changes will be lost when you close the main window - OR -

   Click Save (Alt+S) to save the changes - OR -

   Click Apply and Save (F9) to apply and save the changes.
