Grid Toolbar

Expand Toolbar (Alt+F9)

Expand the toolbar to give access to all toolbar options. Press Esc to close the expanded toolbar.

Zoom (Ctrl+F12)

Opens the selected delivery address in Form view. You can select the delivery address and to zoom to Form view. To change delivery address details, select the existing details and type another.

Insert (F4)

Type delivery addresses. To add a delivery address, click below the last description in the grid, type the new details.

Delete (F3)

Delete delivery addresses. To delete a delivery address, click the line to be deleted, click Yes.

Print (Ctrl+P)

Print a report of the information in the grid.

Customise (Alt+F5)

Opens Customise Fields, you can customise the fields visible in the grid.

Refresh (F5)

Reloads changes other Users may have made.

Get Coordinates

Find the geo coordinates for the address.

Note: The Company.OnGeoCode Script Event must be assigned to access this function.

Edit Coordinates

Edit the geo coordinates for the address.

Map Coordinates

Open a map in the default web browser set to the geo coordinates or address.

Note: The Company.OnMap Script Event must be assigned, and a geo location or Address Line 1 must be entered to access this function.
