Selections

From - To Date

Set a date range to see settings changes made. Leave blank to see all dates. Defaults to changes made within the last month of the machine date.

Created User

Select a user to see changes made by a particular user.

For User

Select a user or group to see permission changes applied to the user or group. Ensure Include Permissions is Selected if applying a For User selection.

Module

Select a module to limit the log to changes applying to the module.

Include Permissions

Selected, permission change are included in selected log records.

Unselected, (default) permission changes are excluded.

Select (F9)

Click to apply selections, filters and sorts to the list.

Grid Fields

ID

Change identification number.

Date

Date change was made.

Time

Time change was made.

User

User that made the change.

For User

The User record that was changed.

Type

Type of change made.

Module

Module changed.

Name

Name of the setting or permission changed.

Value

Value the field was changed to.

Grid Toolbar

Expand Toolbar (Alt+F9)

Expand the toolbar to give access to all toolbar options. Press Esc to close the expanded toolbar.

Print (Ctrl+P)

Print the list, save it to an Excel worksheet or PDF file.

Filter/Sort List (Ctrl+F2)

Clear Filter/Sort (Ctrl+F3)

Apply or clear a Filter & Sort. The button changes to indicate if a filter and sort is applied.

Customise (Alt+F5)

Opens Customise Fields, you can customise the fields visible in the grid.
