MaxBasic scripting language is similar in concept to Microsoft Visual Basic for Applications. MaxBasic is an interpreted computer language used for scripting in areas including Price Book Definition, Electronic Banking Definition, Data Interchange, Document Design, and Report Writer.

You can automate using two types of scripting:

• Scripted Forms - script the User interface to automate functions.
• Data Objects (Data Interchange installed) - automate data objects in Accredo without using the User interface.
