Accredo Qualified Support Person (QSP)

Accredo Qualified Support People (QSP's) are trained and accredited by Accredo Business Software Limited to install Accredo and provide support and training. Your QSP can set up Accredo and is your contact for assistance.

• Find your QSP's phone numbers and other details from Accredo > File > Licensee Details > QSP tab.
• Email your QSP from Accredo > Help > Mail QSP.

If the Mail QSP option is unavailable, this can be set up as follows:

1. Go to Accredo > File > Licensee Details... > QSP tab
2. Click Edit (F11).
3. Enter the QSP details, including the email address.
4. Click Save (F9).
