Year

Balances for each period of the current year are graphed.

Full Year

Balances for the current period last year through to the last available AR period are graphed.

All Periods

Balances retained in the entire history are graphed.

Range of Periods

Activates the From and To period controls. Select a continuous range of periods to be graphed.

Field

Budget

Shows the budgeted amounts for each period.

PeriodActivity

Shows the difference between balances at the beginning and end of each period selected.

PeriodClosing

Shows the balances at the end of each period selected.

PeriodOpeningBalance

Shows the balances at the beginning of each period selected.

Graph toolbar

Expand Toolbar (Ctrl+F9)

Expand the toolbar to give access to all toolbar options. Press Esc to close the expanded toolbar.

Show/Hide 3D Effect

Toggle 3D effect on or off. The default is Off.

Show/Hide Graph Key

Toggle the graph key information on or off. The default is On.

Show/Hide Average Value

Toggle the average value line on or off. The default is Off.

Print (Ctrl+P)

Print the graph, or save it as a PDF file to send as an email attachment.

Refresh (F5)

Balances reload and re-graph to reflect changes other Users may have made.
