AR Customer - Documents tab

Navigator > Maintain > Accounts Receivable > Customers > Documents tab

View, insert, edit or delete documents. Documents shown are current or historic (posted and printed).

Selections

Period Selection

Select the period for documents to display:

  • Period - Select a single period in the From selection.
  • Year - Displays documents for the current year.
  • All Periods - All document are displayed.
  • Range of Periods - Select the From and To periods to display a range.

Document

Select the type of documents to display from :

  • All Documents
  • Order
  • Standing Order
  • Invoice
  • Credit
  • Standing Invoice
  • Quote

Current / History

Select the status of documents to display from:

  • Current
  • History
  • Both Current and History

Display Deleted

Selected, deleted documents are shown in History.

Clear, (default) deleted documents are not shown.

Toolbar

ToolbarExpand

Expand Toolbar (Ctrl+F9)

Expand the toolbar to give access to all toolbar options. Press Esc to close the expanded toolbar.

Insert (F4)

Insert a document. Select the type of document to insert, from Invoice, Credit, Standing Invoice, Quote, Order, Standing Order.

Delete (F3)

Delete the document.

Open details (F12)

Open the document. You can also double-click a document line to open the document.

Print (Ctrl+P)

Print a report of the documents displayed in the grid.

RecordFilterSort_Hot

Filter / Sort list (Ctrl+F2)

Clear Filter / Sort (Ctrl+F3)

Apply or clear a Filter & Sort. The button changes to indicate if a filter and sort is applied.

Customise (Alt+F5)

Opens Customise Fields, you can customise the fields visible in the grid.

Refresh (F5)

Refresh changes other users may have made.

CalculateTotalShow

CalculateTotalHide

Calculate Totals / Clear Totals
(Alt+=)

Toggle on/off total calculation for the list fields where Total is selected in grid customisation.
