You can add and customise layouts. Once you have added a layout, it becomes a report and will be available from the appropriate Reports folder.

Sales Area Budget |
Shows 12 period budget figures from the period selected back. |
Sales Area Budget Comparison |
Contains budget and Activity figures for the selected period and year to date. Percentages compare budgets with the activity. This report can be run as at the end of any period. |
Sales Area Comparison |
Shows sales by Sales Area for the selected period and the same period last year, year to date and last year to date (that is, to the same period). Percentages compare this period (year) to last period (year). This report can be run as at the end of any period (including future periods for last year comparatives). This report is generated from the transaction history. If you have not retained all history over the period being reported, not all sales will be shown. |
Sales Area Summary |
Summary of the Sales Area analysis, typically showing month to date, year to date and last year sales figures (excluding GST and charges). |
Sales Group Budget |

Sales Group Detailed |
A detailed report of a Sales Group total. Select period, current year, all periods or a range of periods. Usually the Current Period activity is required (default). A Filter & Sort can be applied to the Sales Group band and the detailed Transaction band. At the end of the year, you can report on the year Sales Group analysis breakdown for final account preparation. Each transaction analysed (fully or partly) to the Sales Group is listed. You can report on the full amount of the transaction, the amount analysed to the Sales Group and a running balance for the group - customise the report to include the fields you want. |

Sorts and groups transactions by Sales Group. |
Sales Group Summary |
Summarises Sales Group analysis, showing the GL account number with month to date, year to date and last year sales figures (excluding GST and charges). |

If you require a detailed breakdown of the transactions which make up the figures in the Sales Area or Sales Person Summary reports, you can Filter & Sort the Transaction Sequence Report by Sales Area or Sales Person. |
