Each transaction fully or partly analysed to the Analysis code is shown, with the amount of the transaction analysed to that code. Selected options remain applied as you select different Analysis codes.

Period |
Transactions entered in the selected Period are shown, Current Period is the default. |

Last Period |
Transactions entered in the period prior to the Current Period are shown. |

Year |
Transactions for the current financial year are shown. |

Last Year |
Transactions for the previous financial year are shown. |

Full Year |
Transactions for the current period last year through to the last available AP period are shown. |
|
All Periods |
All transactions are shown. |

Range of Periods |
Activates the From and To period controls. Select a continuous range of periods to view. |
|
Opening |
Displays the opening balance for the Balance column, as at the period selections. |

Grid Toolbar |

Expand Toolbar |
Expand the toolbar to give access to all toolbar options. Press |

Open |
Zooms to data entry view. View and edit the transaction. You can also double-click a line to open the transaction. |

Drill down |
View the source document. |

Print |
Print a report of the information in the grid. You can save the report, export it to Excel or email it as a PDF file attachment. |

Filter / Sort List Clear Filter / Sort |
Apply or clear a Filter & Sort. The button changes to indicate if a filter and sort is applied. |

Customise |
Opens Customise Fields, you can customise the fields visible in the grid. |

Refresh |
Reloads changes other Users may have made. |
|
Calculate Totals / Clear Totals |
Toggle on/off total calculation for the list fields where Total is selected in grid customisation. |
