General Manager: Tish Brindle sees herself as the central cog in the Accredo machine.

Having performed almost every role since she joined in 1991, Tish is involved in software design and testing, training, and the company's day-to-day running.

The key customer advocate in the design team, Tish's focus is on how are users actually going to use this feature. Tish believes that, while Accredo's New Zealand base is important to many clients, making it easy to get in contact, it is the people involved at all levels that make both the company and its products stand out: "We are passionate about what we do; we care about our customers and our products; we stand behind them and we don't pass the buck."
