Support: Hasanka is Accredo’s latest recruit – a former product user who has decided to put her skills to work helping customers get the most from their system.
“My role is to support our QSPs. When they have a customer problem they can’t crack, they come back to us. I used Accredo extensively in my previous role, particularly the operational functions of the software. I think that experience has given me some insight into the type of business problems customers are looking to overcome with the software.”
Hasanka says she gets a real kick out of helping people out. “Customer service is a big passion for me. My aim is to make the things work better for the customer.”
